Day 13

Today is a good day and has been full of blessings!

What I'm thanfkful for is:

#1 - My husband. Because today he really showed patience and love by taking care of the baby so that I could focus on working. Also, because he's just that good of a guy. I think the most attractive thing about him is his continual desire to draw closer to the Lord. It's important to have a family that is centered around Christ and with both of us trying to do that it becomes a reality. For that I am thankful

#2 - My children. This morning, while the kids were eating breakfast, we all sang together. The B-I-B-L-E and, several times, I'm In The Lords Army. They came home today and they really didn't argue much at all, they did their chores, and I even heard them singing it througout the day. Love that. During evening prayers, well, I'd said to them "Okay guys, tonight while I'm praying I want you to think about anything you might have done today that maybe wasn't what Jesus would want us to be doing and I want you to ask Him to forgive you for that" and there was just this total silence the entire time I prayed. Really, really good stuff.

#3 - The talents that the Lord has given me & the direction He is leading me in. To bless others is something God has called me to do. I remember very clearly, many years ago, a Pastor who gave a message and it was summed up to this : "Give of Your Time, Treasures and Talents" Whether its money, its material items or love..its all important to Him if you use it to glorify Him.
